Tithe Barn 1
The Tithe Barn 1 cottage is a warm fully centrally heated with on demand hot water to the kitchen, the bathroom and shower room upstairs. Weather you wish to relax in the spa bath or have a shower after a day out there is unlimited supply of hot water for you.
Access
The large double door entrance brings you into the cottage. The kitchen is to the left, the dining room in front and the sitting room to the right. The staircase has a child gate at the bottom and accesses the two upstairs bedrooms. The is a flying gallery between the two bedroom.
The Kitchen
The modern kitchen has many appliances and utensils available including fridge / freeze, dish washer, microwave, filter coffee, toaster, electric kettle, induction stove / grill / oven, hand held food processor and washing machine. We supply a range of basic consumables for your use during your stay with us.
Sitting Room
The cozy sitting room has two comfortable double sofas, table nests, electric fire, table lamps, 32" LED TV and music system. Complementary Wifi is provided.

Double bedroom
The double bedroom with high ceiling with beams contains a standard double bed with quality bedding, a small wardrobe, bedside lighting, ceiling lights, a main window and a skylight.
Ensuite Spa Bathroom
A jacuzzi bath for your relaxation with a cupboard, basin and dual flush toilet. The room has two vertical 'arrow slot' windows and a skylight. Towels and floor mats are provided with a heated towel rail.
Single Bedroom
The single bedroom has a standard single bed and window over looking the lake and garden. There is a small cupboard and wardrobe and the shower room is directly opposite the bed. Access is upstairs via the gallery landing.
Ensuite Shower Room
The shower room has instant hot water with variable temperature thermostat, basin and dual flushing toilet. The room has two 'arrow slot' windows and a skylight. Towels and floor mats are provided with a heated towel rail.

Outdoor courtyard & BBQs
Tithe Barn 1 Garden Table
The outside is paved with the original flag slate stones from inside the barn. The courtyard has been landscaped with different flowering plants for each season. The gravel courtyard is accessed via the short drive below the car park area.
Tithe Barn 1 BBQ
The out door seating and table are in the courtyard area with the Webber charcoal BBQ. There is an umbrella for shade and rain protection which slides into the table. The courtyard is not for parking so everyone can enjoy the space.
Tithe Barn 2 Garden Table
The out door seating and table are in the courtyard opposite the front door of the cottage. The courtyard has been landscaped with pot plants and beds. A spring well is located by the old stone steps and a stone bench.
Tithe Barn 2 BBQ
The out door seating and table are in the courtyard area with the Webber charcoal BBQ on the original slate stone flags. There is an umbrella for shade and rain protection which slides into the table. The courtyard is not for parking so everyone can enjoy the space.

Access
The stable type door gives you entrance into the cottage with the bedrooms on the ground floor. The kitchen diner and the sitting room accessed by the staircase directly ahead in the hallway. The staircase has a child gate at the top which takes you to the sitting room and kitchen.

The Poor House
The Poor House cottage (C1774) is a warm fully centrally heated kitchen, dining, sitting areas upstairs. The double bedroom is also upstairs and the large and small twin rooms are downstairs. Weather you wish to relax in the bath or have a power shower after a day out there is unlimited supply of hot water for you.
Access
The garden door leads from the main carpark through the private garden to the upper entrance of an old hayloft. This leads to the sitting room and kitchen. The lower door from the two twin bedrooms leads to the courtyard garden.

The large twin room has two comfortable single beds, a wardrobe with drawers, a bedroom chair and a chest of drawers. Two windows over look the courtyard garden.

The ensuite shower room of the large twin room has an electric sports shower and a heated towel rain with hand basin and a dual flush toilet. The shower room is provided with towels and two floor mats.

Small Twin bedroom
The cozy small twin is located down from the spiral stairs and lower outside door. The room has a wall feature, a chest of drawers and draws under each bed. A large window overlooks the courtyard.
Adjacent Shower Room
The adjacent power shower bathroom has instant hot water a hand basin, dual flush toilet. The towels and floor mats are provided with a heated towel rail. There is a small window over looking the courtyard. A washing machine is located under a cabinet with washing liquid.
Private Garden & BBQ
The private garden area has three gated entrances, two from the main car park area and one around the cottage to the courtyard area. The garden has a large table and benches and a second table. The upper entrance is located directly off the garden. The Webber charcoal BBQ is ready for your use.
The Spiral Staircase
Access between floors is via the spiral staircase. Hand rails are on both sides and the steps are wood. The is a gate provided at the top of the steps to protect your younger children and dogs from going down.
